Katie Hoppe is an Actor /Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors.  She was introduced to the art of stage combat by Brad Waller of the Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, DC in 1998 and has continued training with multiple teachers and workshops in the U.S. and Canada since that time. Katie is the founder of Bag of Tricks, LLC, a company focused on teaching stage combat and related theatre arts to underserved communities, including elementary, high school, and persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She currently serves as Secretary for The Noble Blades, a stage combat troupe and teaching organization in Herndon, VA.
